We are able to fix or diagnose all windows based computers, desktop or laptop repair. In both types we are able to diagnose hardware or software. If it is a software issue, we will apply the necessary fixes (installations of programs, re-installation of your windows, or getting any kind of malicious code off of your computer system). If it is a hardware issue, we can recommend the necessary parts and install them. If the problem is not an efficient fix (too expensive), we do not charge for diagnosing the problem. We will be in contact with you before applying a fix that we have not discussed with you.
